Why doesn't President Softee seize the Willow Creek mine (the only operating property owned by Uranium One, which is in turn owned by Russian state owned Rosatom) in Wyoming?

There are several other unoperated properties with uranium reserves they own too. All in WY per my knowledge.

It's in his power to fix it. He could get tough on Russia for real, not just be a blowhard.

The US buys about 20% of the uranium we use from Russia. Why doesn't President Blowhard ban purchases of Russian uranium or uranium from Rosatom, who owns uranium in other countries we buy from - Kazakhstan, Canada, .... ?
