Srivaths, I'm just guessing but if someone bought 10% of a company you would expect the price to go up, the fact that it didn't means they bought the shares from the company and now instead of 28mm shares we have 30+mm shares so the effect is dilutive and all estimates regarding earnings have to be reduced by 10% which coupled with the $10mm charge means this is a bad time to be long WIND. I guess the good news is that there will probably be a good buying opportunity soon.
