I entered the discussion at the point where Gun owner rights were claimed to trump everyone else's rights. ... and I asked twice politely for an explanation: "It would be nice if could you first explain which are rights everyone has that have been trumped by gun owners." I vaguely recall that. Methinks that the cost of turning schools into bunkers and subjecting kids and others to that kind of tension would qualify as an example. I do not know what, if anything, should be done about guns. I don't, either.
