Not to worry Kevin,
These directors are new..
All are hungry and got on becuase TPRO needed manpower..
CEO also had almost nil not too long ago,,, staring out at mid 40s then 90k now I see he is getting 160K,,
Trust me as time goes these new directors will buy TPRO.... before we do ..

Dear Kevin: There are a couple reasons for that. First they are new. Second they get options (why buy if you get options for free) and finally they are what is know as Outside Directors. It is believed by some, me included, that outside directors can be more independent if they do not own stock. In any event, I do not see it as any reason to be concerned. JDN
