>>Btw, I decided to break down and call RMIL. (Yes, I finally did it... :0) I was informed by the darling Lori that the company had been advised by its attorneys to submit all of the public filings that OVIS/RMIL has filed with the SEC to the Mmkr to fulfill the conditions of Rule 15c2-11.<<<

They plan to submit OLD filings to the market maker who is supposed to affirm that their filings are current? LOL

Hmm Ron, what's the big deal?

the company had been advised by its attorneys to submit all of the public filings that OVIS/RMIL has filed with the SEC to the Mmkr to fulfill the conditions of Rule 15c2-11.

I don't see the negative aspect you are trying to imply. In order to make a market the MMs must have current filings. Seems to me the company is doing what they must to get up and trading again.

I would submit that old documents and filings will not satisfy the NASD OTC compliance office's requirements.

Who said they were the old filings? Maybe I didn't get the whole story in your post, but it seems to me you are reading something into this that isn't there.

Some clarification would be appreciated.
