I agree with you. Intel needs to base before the next run up (probably from summer onwards). And first Q may be the basing part. I would definitely put it in the 80's.

Hi Electric, how are ya?
I'd have to agree, but I want to see how INTC acts at $80 first. If it breaks $80 but can not hold above it on a closing basis, I'll be right there with you. If it closes above its 200 DMA which is approx $81 1/4 currently, I'll stay sidelined. A close above the 200 DMA, might be enough where the stock will form a new base in the lower 80s.
