Dear Loren: With 18 million shares outstanding we have a market cap of 7 + million. So give a best guess on sales, IMO 3 to 4 million , so we trade at 2 X sales. I'll give you my rosiest 3 year forecast. Three years out sales are 10 million they have further diluted shares to 25 million and we trade at 4 times sales-- puts the stock in three years at $1.60. I don't think this will cut a NAZ listing, almost looks like a reverse split will be necessary; they need to get the stock price up to 4.00 , 5.00 range or 10 to 1 reverse split...gregor
