A lot of us were fooled by GE. It is one reason I have a diverse portfolio... It makes you wonder why I pay so much f'ing taxes to all these government agencies and we can't get protected from simple things like CEOs and underlings lying to the SEC..... GE to restate earnings, thinking Da Cheif was way ahead of himself. I hope it doesn't turn into another Worldcom, Waverider, Valence, etc. for him.... he was way ahead on those too. Important lesson is nobody is infallible, diversification is very important and CEOs lie.
