Looks like normal business to me.

Mulligans are not involved as I see it.

further modeling and analysis be performed incorporating additional assumptions that reflect our situation more closely than in the model that was presented."
"Model that was presented" - by whom to whom? I have no idea, somebody in control obviously, BOD, Diwan, Seymour, all or one or more. Sounds like something changed!! What, why; whatever it looks like Myers is continuing so it ain't her doing; she performed well enough to do the rethink. Perhaps Seymour leaving occasioned the new review. Perhaps the entry of Glaxo and/or BMS into the picture?

Something quite juicy IMHHO.

I would think this is all in aid of raising financing for the FDA stages afoot. And that such money will most likely require a cleanup of the Allexcel - Theracour- NanoViricides IP jumble. Diwan, I suggest will need to make up his mind once and for all where his loyalties lie if he seriously expects to get 100s of $ Millions for NNVC.

My suggestion: NanoViricides buy out Allexcel and Theracour and integrate them entirely into NNVC. And in the process, open up the company to all aspects of the technolgy - viral AND cancer and ALL the rest of the possibilities. If that requires a name change to NanoTheracour or whatever, to include nonviral aspects, so be it.

Cleanliness is next to godliness!!

And right now, NNVC's corporate structure is anything but clean. And money men will stay away in droves till it is spic and span.

Right, Carolyn???
