Nothing wrong every now and then having a break, the key is not to make it a constant habit... thin people also enjoy party food but they don't make it a habit, so no biggie, keep up the great effort and success will come, I'm on your team, I'm rooting for you!!!

2018-03-05 @ 236-pounds . . . ruh-roh! . . oh my.
I had several business lunches last week and also was too lax some nights with my snacking.
Also, I modified my daily eating menu to include more vegetables and less meat . . .
BIG mistake!
I was so much more bloated after eating vegetables. (greens and cabbage)
I am back to my original diet that worked so well.
Only meat, eggs, and cheese . . and homemade bone-broth which I brewed over the weekend.
I am going this week all 7-days with only that . . no "reward" days or anything like that.
We'll see what happens.
I am excited to get into the 220's !!
That was my wedding weight about 20-years ago. :-)
Anyway . . total transparency here . . nothing to sell .. LoL!
Have a great! week all.
