Laptop batteries are considered consumable items and are not covered  under normal use conditions. Warranty coverage only applies to issues  with new batteries and only after depot inspection. 			  				We can provide support on Trading Software issues. Our tech support  staff is often able to help you with items that are not covered by your  warranty. 			  				Some anti-virus programs may reduce your computer’s performance. We suggest that you use the ones we recommend. 			  				Some problems in Windows may require reloading windows. We are not  responsible for reloading all your programs if this is necessary. In the  event that this becomes necessary, you should retain all your programs  CDs, files, and activation keys for potential future re-use. Using our  backup software and a data drive can go a long way towards preventing  this problem. 			  				On-site service is not available for laptops, but we will pay a  local repair shop up to $60 for any work that can be done locally.  If  your laptop requires repairs at our facility, we will pay for 2nd Day  Express shipping both ways. You may pay the difference to speed up  transit times. If your laptop requires repair that cannot be performed  locally or at Falcon, the laptop will need to be shipped to the chassis  manufacturer.  This includes motherboard, video card, and screen  replacement.  Shipping the laptop will be covered by us if sent directly  from you to the chassis manufacturer and back again.  YOU MUST MAKE  ARRANGEMENTS WITH US BEFORE SENDING IN YOUR LAPTOP.  Please provide  updated shipping information to ensure quick returns. 			  				If your laptop requires repair outside the USA, then we will pay the  shipping and repair costs that we would normally have paid for  repairing a laptop inside the USA. For example, if the cost of having  your laptop picked up and returned would have been $80 in the USA but  you are outside the USA and the cost is $150, then you will need to pay  the additional $70.
