Motorola Inc. (MOT) 54 1/2 -1: semiconductor and telecommunications equipment concern posts a 4Q net of $0.65 a share, excluding charges, three cents blow market consensus, vs year-ago net of $0.59: says that Asian woes slowed 4Q sales, order flows, and profit growth; revenues rose 7.8% to $8.3 bln from $7.7 bln..... AND Lattice Semiconductor (LSCC) 42 1/4 +1 3/16: maker of programmable logic chips reports 3rd qtr net of $0.57 a share, a penny shy of the First Call estimate. In the yr-ago period, company made $0.49 a share. LSCC was initially expected to make $0.63 a share until the company warned on Dec. 11.... Anyone have any after-hours #'s?
