You must be thinking of emergency care as opposed to preventive care.

People with money and insurance have routine preventive medical care that provides them with non-emergency treatments including prescription drugs for cholesterol, high blood pressure, etc., which helps them avoid needing emergency care.

People without money or insurance don't receive that level of care.

They only get emergency care when their systems break down far enough to trigger a stroke, heart attack or other catastrophic health problem.

<<I do not know of a single person being refused care because of money.>>

What world are you living in? There are free health clinics all over the country for people who can't afford the premiums to go to a doctor.

nypost.com

And the NY Post is a right wing conservative paper.

Your points are so abstract and make no sense whatsoever. DNV in Henderson is very efficient. You call up and make an appointment and they take you on time. That's been my experience.

Post office rates go up because the price of paper goes up and lack of worker productivity.

Efficiency means saving human lives.

The problem is you don't know and don't care. You live in a cocoon, in a glass menagerie world.
