If you listened to the excellent presentation at the Morgan Stanley TMT conference today by Micron executives you would think that "Micron Solutions" would be a perfect name to change to. Sumit Sadana, Micron's EVP and sort of the COO really pushed how Micron is trying to transform itself away from a component supplier to more of a solutions provider working closely with its customers helping them innovate and becoming essential partners. Sounds like they are trying to get a higher multiple than 4X.

Yes, I realize that Micron Products is a subsidiary of Micron Solutions, a small company, but the reason for the post was to answer bigchad's question. Anyone know what exactly this means?........ As soon as this came out Micron's rise on the day has accelerated. Are they talking about their largest OEM customer or their largest distributing customer? Thanks to whoever can offer insight.
