Pugs: As none of the cases you refer to are criminal complaints
why do you refer to one as Civil? They are all Civil actions.

OK. Too much bandwidth has been consumed over this. Please keep these side issues to a minimum and allow the board to focus on the squeeze and the company.

I will add one more point which has been attempted to be made to look
important and which I personally think is irrelevant.

Zapara and Mork no longer are friends, and one can understand why. The stock and court case will strain any friendship. It has been pounded on this board by some that they are good buddies, I was told they are not.

The reason they are seen at the club playing polo is because neither one is willing to drop their membership or discontinue doing what they
have done for years because they are engaged in a lawsuit. They are only members of the same club.

Pugs: Forget about my question. It really is not relevant anyway.

Pugs,

So what do you think about a company lying to its shareholders??

Looks like your mouth wrote a check your DD couldn't cash. Now settle down and let's start talking about this company again.

Regards,

Ron

Pugs, I certainly think you owe both Kugler and Tonto an apology for saying they were liars. In the future someone, such as yourself will gather all those posts screaming at Kugler that he lied and try to use them to their advantage, this is why what you do is inappropraite and why your use of those type of posts from other threads is also inappropriate ie, Bildman.

>OK, I called Palm Springs, it appears I was wrong about the civil case being dead, Zapara has filed 2 motions to strike, both for Jan. 29th, hearing om demure. So, the civil case is still alive with Zapara moving to strike, this verified by the court.
Zapara is not named in the suit to the Federal court, I believe Kugler said that, he would be correct.
Also....I can find no other case for California residents, I'll wait for Kugler to fill us in on that one...I am wrong about the civil case being dead, the court informed me that, indeed, Zapara has 2 motions to strike scheduled for 1/29.
