Are you figuring the guy shooting 3000 fps can kill the guy shooting 1200 fps and step out of the way of the slow bullet? Or the guy who gets hit with the bullet with the least knockdown power can walk away The most important factor wouldn't be either of those things, but the training and mindset of the shooters.
