Michael, my definition of insider trading differs from the SEC definition. I say that a stock like CTXS is "insider traded" when it begins its moves a few days ahead of the news. You can verify this by taking a long term price chart and plotting the news events on it, then see if the price leads the events indicating "news leaks".
