Rarebird, The health of a human being is paramount. To have someone turned away because they don't have sufficient funds or the right kind of insurance is criminal. Criminal on who's part? The doctor? The health care provider? They need to be paid for their services. You accuse me of evading the issue, yet here you are avoiding that fact of life.
