Although I am holding Jan 60 puts on Yahoo. I have no doubt that they will come in at .04 cents or above. Why wouldn't they? The company has a market cap of 3 billion. Why would they risk that for a penny here or a penny there.

If I were Yahoo, I'd buy my own advertising and make sure I came out with a number .05 or higher.

I can't understand what logic there could be for them to tell the truth and not cook their books this quarter.

(Plus they have those one time charges coming up: I've worked for enough companies to know that those one time charges are dreams come true. They can dump all their losses into it and look like they've had a good quarter)
