Sorry if I'm wrong, but I thought it was the South Korean government that was doing the exhorting. There was something on CNBC this morning where South Korean male workers were dancing with their hands over their ears signifying that they didn't want to hear any more negative news.
Maybe they were thinking that "family jewels" meant something other than gold and precious stones :-)
