RE_BGS I also added to BGS sub 28 after the earnings release yesterday. They stated the dividend being maintained was a big priority RE-CC. Transportation costs were a part of the reason given for part of the higher cost doled out. I also liked they said BGS won't be making new acquisition unless they can be bought for a reasonable cost. They stated their acquisition formula. Green Giant Frozen Veggies & new products look like a success along with the spice business. Traditional Green Giant business looks a little troubling currently. They need to stop the sales decline.
