I don't understand where you found this. This is the link to the story that appears on Yahoo - without the "CONTACT" section. Their website doesn't appear to work, but then maybe that's old news.

There was a correction posted at 17:01 today. It omits the 416 # and contact people. I got it off Bloomberg, and I'm not sure I can post it here. Anyway, it would be interesting how that first version got out. Nadir is associated with PSInet Limited, a subsidiary of PSInet.

I hope this helps; SI has been up and down so much I hazard to post a long response!
