No, they cut expenses over the year to where they are now (was 350 in the last quarter, I'm guessing the same this quarter due to some more cost cutting offset by more advertising)

Revenues are flat. Margins have improved. Expenses cut. They trashed the analysts expectations.

The future looks better, not worse. Even without market share growth, which recent numbers suggest is improving as well.
