INTC has ROE of 35% vs. 8.4% for MOT; yet sells at PE of 18 vs. 30 for MOT. Go figure. (We won't even discuss the differences in profit margin!)

Paul, but Motorola did say that they still expect 10% SALES growth in 1H98, despite Asia...doesn't seem to bad to me, especially for motorola.
