Just alone that Apple, has the highest number of patents in a sought after future display technology by pretty much everyone, is indeed impressive. And Apple is a tough cookie when it comes to patents and has the war chest to defend them. Make no mistake. Apple is for Apple. They would like nothing better than not having to pay Samsung or anyone else for that matter for any part of the iPhone. They want all the margins for themselves. So when I see them being #1 in the chart I pay attention. And so should you.
