Earlier I remarked that we investors were able to view documentation behind the news releases of a year ago that the SEC apparently objected to. From that we could continue to investigate this background in our own ways. When I saw said documentation, it was before the current law firm had been hired to ride herd on GRNO. While background information about an investment can be obtained by the SEC, lawyers, and analysts from big financial companies, it remains to be seen whether such information is available to the people who provide the actual capital to keep a company like GRNO going. That is a subject we thoroughly hashed out last year after the shut down. Without independent sources of information, why would anybody invest in a company like GRNO? Now that the SEC has announced it intends to "investigate" GRNO and has not made any public statement to the contrary, why would anybody in their right mind invest in such a company? Charles
