The Pentagon is transferring funds to the State Department to help fund counter-propaganda and defense. It's already happening. The rest is military grand standing. They don't like Trump any more than you do and they always want more money. So they stoke the fires of fear and hysteria to goad people like you into putting pressure on our leaders to spend more money. It's called the military industrial complex. You know what it is.
