You are correct about D&B only reporting an analysis of numbers that are provided by the company, therefore they are not totally unbiased. However, I feel no company in their right mind would send ficticious numbers to an agency like D&B and then include them in an investor packet, they would be digging their own grave for a class action lawsuit. It would be as dumb as walking into a police station holding a smoking gun after committing a murder. Granted, BB companies are not always the brightest, but I have a hard time believing that if they were to make up ficticious numbers they would use a well known agency to have analyze them and then include them in an investor packet which could then be held against them in a court of law. As far as the aquisition goes, any company aquiring another usually has to take out some sort of loan to help pay for it, whether it's Faramada or Intel, so sure the debt will increase as a result, but so will revenues. Aquisitions are common for a growing company and taking on loans to do it is not a new idea. As far as the office in Miami, from my understanding from calling the company the office is not due to open for another few weeks. I am a little baffled at why some are concerned about not finding it in the yellow pages......IT'S NOT EVEN OPEN YET! Am I mising something here? I am concerned about the general sense of hype comming from the company through radio shows and especially in it's investor packet, but if a BB company want's the largest audience possible for an exciting audited financial report I guess ya gotta do what ya gotta do to get it. Just wish it didn't feel so sleazy. As Perry stated, this post is IMO! Do your own DD, show some patients until the audited financials are released later this month, and good luck in all your investments! Dave
