American poliicy currently supports Kurdish autonomy, a group massacred by ISIS (ISIS is the group initially funded by Saudi Arabia). Iran, Syria and Turkey also don't want the Kurds to be autonomous. If you believe the "future gps readings" should be different, use your free will to change it. Not in some Pollyanna way but for real. Write your friend big don a letter and send it zplain it all to him so you can get it all straightened out. Or have your Uncle pay him a visit, he sounds like he's made of sterner stuff.
