unclear that trump helping to shake up the existing order truly worry either russia / china, as the existing order is neither at their call nor answerable to them

breaking the existing order may have much TwoAPuc (the worst of all possible unintended consequences) for usa

am guessing trump may be playing it smart, heading usa into global debt default so as to force a zero-state reset for the greater good of MAGA
