Joe,

The asset in question is 4 million shares of a stock trading around .07/share. While RMIL may claim that the "asset" is worth a guaranteed $3.50/share, there clearly is some question as to whether or not the stock will ever be worth that amount.

And this issue will require considerable expenditures in legal fees and time before it is resolved.

Thus, I opine, it should not be carried as an asset, but as a suspect receivable. However, clearly none of the current analysis of RMIL should rely on the veracity of RMIL's claims over this contested asset.
