Lake Michigan does the same thing - but within 10-15 miles. It does get cold in winter, but not too much anymore. Today it got to 45, much like Valdez Alaska in June. The latest slogan: I'm from Wisconsin - I'm cool ! Ya gotta love it eh? I'd love to have you and your better half spend a week in Wisconsin on us.
