In the climate change arena, the spending has been out of control -- we have the military spending on it, the epa, NOAA, NASA, you-name-it. In the budget period between FY93 and FY14, we spent $166 billion dollars on "climate change", almost the same amount of money in constant dollars we spent in the Apollo missions, which sent men to the moon and back seven times in seventeen missions.
