I do not think one or two men's leave will hurt the company that much. If that is not the case, then I wonder the company is solidly operated. The success of CPQ is the achievement of all
its employee.As to the CEO, VPs, all can be replaceable easily. A lot of people have potential, just the opportunity is not given !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
