Your rely comes across as fairly aggressive, particularly your statement that “You’re smart enough to have figure this out.”

Maybe you are having a bad day, maybe I inadvertently insulted you in a previous post, or maybe you have mistook me for someone else. Or maybe I’m just too sensitive.

In any event, I strongly suspect that you know much more about the physical process used at Cove Point, so I cannot debate any of your assertions. I do think it’s important to note that CP is just a part of DM business, as they have pipeline networks as well. Maybe their financials, which I have not yet delved into, provide a hint as to the source of current and projected future earnings.

I’m not invested in DM, but it’s on my radar screen because it’s in a beaten down sector, it has a fairly attractive current yield that analysts claim will grow handsomely over the next five years, and because the management of parent Dominion has exhibited a fairly high degree of competence and integrity over the past 20+ years which has resulted in a steadily growing dividend stream.

Good luck to you.

Remember that almost every single LNG export terminal (working or under construction/proposed) used to be an import terminal first. The only real downside is the steady vampire loss effect of the boil-off, which continues as long as it is in liquid form...
