The amazing thing that has gone unreported is that companies such as CSCO have stated in their 10Q's that their earnings will likely be negatively impacted for the next 3 years by the Y2K problem.

The SEC is becoming more aggressive in requiring all companies to discuss their unfunded liabilities from Y2K.
