Sure they have all the money they stole from the middle class.

.We had high taxes on the rich and vibrant unions and good social programs in the 50's and 60's and were in the best shape ever!

Let that sink in.
Low taxes on the rich mean less money to support education and social services.

The top 10% of Americans pay 90% of all federal income taxes.

Your statement is misleading. it does not include payroll taxes which all workers pay. more correct would be that the top 20% account for two thirds of all federal tax revenues.
