The obvious meeting-place between Korea North and South are the traditional blue meeting huts on the DMZ.

Cold, austere and they can do a handshake across the border.

7 x S400 is so few as to be irrelevant vs USA's military.

Regarding the meeting of Big D with Kim the Fatter, perhaps they could save a lot of hassle and taxpayer money, also avoiding jet lag and hold discussions in Cyberspace.

The Secret Service could relax. No poisons, bullets or other hazards would be in the room. Kim the Fatter could avoid being kidnapped.

But those types like their physical presence to do strutting and whatnot. So it will be a meeting.

How about Iceland, a traditional place? How about New Zealand? Jacinda, our PM and Winston Peters deputy PM would think it a lot of fun. Winston already did some Nork stuff that Google could find.
