I just get so very freaking tired of us as cute ans cuddly Canadians.. we aren't. (I am part Chinese.. culturally raised Chinese) we CERTAINLY ARE MORE LIBERAL ON BALANCE (SOCIALLY) than US folks .. and I like that.. Perhaps, but I'm far from convinced that either side is vaguely close to "correct", especially since even defining liberal, conservative, or libertarian these days is damn near impossible for even a small group. but there is a LOT of racism here.. Now thankfully it is almost COOL to be Asian.. Not South Asian as in India but as in Chinese or Pinoy.. .. Not like that when I was kid.. lucky for me.. I was / am white looking chinaman.. That helped a bit. Racism wise, as I noted before, is "human". Good luck, regardless We talk about the underground railway.. Blacks coming to Canada for freedom.. BUT we had/HAVE Black towns .. WTF v?? OH Canada .. our history is so written by the winners Our history is the same, sad to say, as it is for the rest of the planet...
