Actually I'm sure we already have some tariffs in place. President Dennison wants bigger and stronger tariffs. It's a tiny hands thing. As for the POTUS's back and forth announcements, that's because he talks to people, is manipulated, and acts on what the last guy told him. Also a reporter asked if he was going to back down on tariffs. He got red in the face and is determined to put tariffs on someone just because. Another tiny hands thing. It's a good thing President Dennison is so incompetent and scatter brained. He has the instincts of a tyrant and wants to be a President for Life dictator cause he thinks it'd make him more manly. Tiny hands.
