If the subscribers were US citizens living in the Bahamas as Mike Kugler's information has suggested, then the short squeeze may be severely undermined. Someone needs to press the Reg S issue with Morgan and Breton. This is an issue that suggests possible criminality and more possible angles and agendas. Just an opinion, but it is an issue that both Riley and Pugs have both publically avoided discussing. Btw, where is 'ol Pugs??
