more funding. my computer engineering son when he worked for NASA had meetings with NOAA engineers every so often. The NASA guys hated those meetings with them, they called them arrogant a holes. The young engineers for NOAA hated their jobs said upper management told them what to report, the young engineers said don't believe any data we put out. They all had resumes out for other jobs with global warming follow the money
