Putin's stmt re: 13 Russian trolls indicted by Mueller is very revealing: “Maybe they are not even Russians but Ukrainians, Tatars or Jews but with Russian citizenship." (He wouldn't consider them "real Russians"). "Maybe the U.S. paid them for this." (Future conspiracy theory).
