Ron,

Yes, I certainly hope so!! The current problems with the stock price are directly and indubitably related to the ability of the company to provide timely and accurate information to its stockholders. On the one hand I laud the stockholders for their restraint and understanding, but on the other, I must bash the company for being perpetually late and after the fact with its news. Hopefully, that will change in the near future. I personally need a reliable source of factual information about the company. I feel that we all deserve such. I certainly hope that Mr. Dennis De Noble will be such a person. I have attempted to contact the company contacts and tried not to bother Mr. Jensen. Mr. Fishbaine is no longer with the company. I appreciated the news that he could provide. Hopefully, the company has in mind a forum whereby us stockholders can be better informed on a timely basis. This is key to any further progress for this stock with the small investor in my mind.

Ok, lets go to the stock price. Dismal today on small volume. What I predict here is more dismal on more dismal volume. We are looking at 87 cents as a near bottom. I expect this on relatively samll volume, but it does represent a buying opportunity for any with jingling change in the pocket. I have a small purse and will throw some change at the decline.

Small Purse, Jack
