I agree with Pokersam that Heyward is a POS. His intent was to insult. As for you, you remain one of the most politically clueless persons I have ever met. You parroted the "lesser of two evils" mantra during the whole election campaign and the Left never turned out enough to propel Fascist Hillary to victory. Have you figured out yet why that didn't work? Now you undoubtedly think that Trump will go down in 2020 based on his policies. Again, I think you will be proven wrong for a number of reasons, the primary one being that the DNC has no real platform or agenda. I don't think the Democrats know what they stand for. Jackie Rosen, who is running for Senator here in Nevada against incumbent Heller in a very hotly contested race, has referred to a "single payer universal healthcare as an interesting idea within an overall healthcare plan." The Left here in Clarke County wants to know what the Fuck that means. I suppose Harry Reid hasn't told her yet.

I have been saying since day one of the Trump Presidency that I thought he would win a second term by a landslide, comparable to Reagan's 1984 victory over Mondale. And the basis for that forecast lies in the chaos of the Democratic Party not knowing what it stands for and because of this, not effectively communicating to the American people and The Left.

I think you are so out of touch with the political climate in the USA. You have no idea what it will take to beat Donald Trump. Trump is in the process of securing the blue collar vote in the US and if the wealth effect of the stock market can hold up, he has the coalition and votes to win easily. Ultimately, most people will vote their pocketbooks (I am not one of those people) and the tax cuts are geared to keep corporate profits up till 2020. Whether that happens is another story.

Do you see a candidate on the horizon who can compete with Trump? The millenials will stay home for Biden or Hillary's running mate. The Dems need a genuine alternative to have any chance.
