Asian markets are up, I believe Asian markets will recover from now on. Japan will also come up with an economic estimula soon which will result in a second round of recovery. A cut in interest rate by the Fed will also do the trick. I really think Asia will recover sooner than a lot of people expect. Also, since their economy is driven by hi-tech, they will spent more on hi-tech infrastructure than we may think of, they have to remain competitive.
