DD - Are these the current bylaws of the corporation? I couldn't tell you if they are the bylaws in force at this time because a few weeks ago I sent an e-mail to the company requesting a copy of the current bylaws be faxed to me --- and I never even got an acknowledgement of the e-mail. I then posted a reminder to the company here on the thread --- and that was ignored, also. It would seem that the company isn't to concerned with sharing something as important as the corporation bylaws with shareholders! Offie
