I thought I was the only one(other than Mike) that was a near term optimist today.Guess this thread had been battered a bit of late.About the time we all start buying puts on the rallies this sector will no doubt head for the moon<g>

Agree, the drillers composite index is resting on the lower bollinger band; the last 2 times this occured (12/1/97 and 12/23/97) we bounced up to the 20-day moving average; this was a 13% and 20% move, respectively.
