Tumbleweed: Very well-informed as always. I agree with your conclusions. Sands made contact with Garang last spring, I've heard Lundin confirming this twice (at the 1997 shareholders meeting as well as off the record). And they were apparently pleased with the outcome.

Tumbleweed, <I believe we are watching a classic end-game. AKSEF cannot find financing to continue the operation in Sudan without selling off more of its concession>. Eariler you have stated that you bought a ton of AKSEF at 2.5, is there something in the recent fundamentals that has changed you mind? Ed
