If Trumply decides to allow free-trade zones, among the first "Zones" will be the State of California and Washington State.

That way Boeing, the high-tech industry and California's agricultural industry and oil and gas industry won't be affected with the clown's trade wars. And that's most of America's exports.

They'll be quickly followed by Texas which will also want to protect their oil and gas, refining and chemical industries.
